Terms and Conditions
1. DEFINITIONS:
a. "C&J DJ Services" refers to the professional DJ services provided by Christian Tadros and Jordan Castro.
b. "Client" refers to the individual or entity entering into a formal agreement for DJ services with C&J DJ Services.
c. "Event" refers to the specific occasion, function, or gathering for which the DJ services are requested.
d. "Agreement" refers to the legally binding contract formed between C&J DJ Services and the Client.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
a. The balance, including any additional charges incurred during the event, is due no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date unless stated otherwise on the invoice or any other documentation produced by C&J DJ Services regarding the Event.
b. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, electronic bank transfer, Zelle, Cashapp, or Apple Pay.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a. If cancellation occurs within one (1) week of the scheduled event, the Client shall be liable for 50% of the full contracted amount. If any cancellation occurs within four (4) days of the Event, the Client shall be liable for 70% of the full contracted amount.
b. C&J DJ Services reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund shall be provided to the Client.

4. EVENT DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS:
a. The Client shall provide comprehensive details regarding the event, including date, time, venue address, and any specific requirements, in writing.
b. Any modifications to the event details must be communicated in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties at least seven (7) days prior to the event. If any changes are requested within a week of the event, it is up to C&J DJ Services' discretion to approve those changes.

5. DJ SERVICES:
a. C&J DJ Services shall deliver professional DJ services, inclusive of a pre-event consultation to discuss music preferences, event timeline, and any special announcements.
b. Christian Tadros and Jordan Castro shall make reasonable efforts to incorporate the Client's music preferences, as specified in the pre-event consultation.

6. EQUIPMENT AND SET-UP:
a. C&J DJ Services shall supply and set up all necessary equipment for the event, including sound systems, lighting, and other technical requirements included in the gig package.
b. The Client shall ensure the provision of a reliable power source, adequate space for the DJ setup, and any necessary permits or clearances for equipment setup.
c. The duration required for the setup and dismantling of equipment by C&J DJ Services will be factored into the total gig price unless otherwise specified by C&J DJ Services.

7. FORCE MAJEURE:
a. C&J DJ Services shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil disturbances, and unforeseen technical issues.

8. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS:
a. C&J DJ Services disclaims any liability for damages or injuries arising from the actions of the Client, event attendees, or third parties during the event.
b. The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to C&J DJ Services' equipment caused by the Client, event attendees, or any third party.

9. PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO RELEASE:
a. The Client grants C&J DJ Services permission to use photographs or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes.

10. INDEMNIFICATION:
a. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless C&J DJ Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the event.

11. GOVERNING LAW:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

12. AMENDMENTS:
a. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and duly signed by both parties.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between C&J DJ Services and the Client, superseding all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
